Penthouse studio on top floor of intimate 4 unit apartment building. My unit has huge windows, 180 degree views and directly opens to a massive terrace/deck. All windows slide open, unbelievably peaceful as it’s facing interior courtyards (no street noise).
A true pied-à-terre, feels like a chic hotel more than an apartment in terms of space and design. Only suitable for one person. Mini kitchen area, no oven (only a conduction top). Gorgeous bathroom with large walk in shower.
Very peaceful and quiet, very special space to recharge whilst in NYC.

High speed Internet, heated floors, and ductless a/c. There is no laundry in building, I send mine out with same day pick up and delivery.
5 mins walk from F subway, easy walk to water/ promenade. Carrol Gardens, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, and Dumbo all walking distance. Endless amounts of charming independent shops, bookstores, cafes and restaurants (Cafe Kitsune, Anais, and Rucola are very near the apartment).
