First Floor: Family + small production office

Pet Policy
We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis, with the following conditions:
A pet fee and refundable deposit are required 100 extra per month- plus a 300 clean fee when leaving to be added in the deposit
No loud or disruptive pets — this is a shared live/work space and we ask for quiet and consideration
Pets must be well-trained and housebroken.
Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture unless covered
Let us know in advance if you're planning to bring a pet so we can make the proper arrangements.
