Art Studios for Rent
The building is located on Varick and Grand.
The space is 100 sqft. The room has a window, several electric outlets, and a ceiling lamp. I will also provide keys for my apartment where there is an additional 200 sqft of storage (4'6ft ceilings) and a half-bathroom. If we get along well, maybe you could even use the kitchen :)
The space is technically an external storage room that comes with my apartment but I've never used it so hoping someone can actually put it to good use.
