I am looking to sublet my half of my very large studio. Shared with one calm, super good vibes person. Long term sublet, move in Oct 1, 2024, until August 2025. Dates are flexible.

The studio is aprox 850sqf, it's split lengthwise. It is located on the 4th floor and can be reached via stairs or freight elevators.

Lots of north facing windows and a great very long wall. $820 a month & utilities.

The building is great in many ways, studios on four floors, five minutes walk from Jefferson stop, free parking inside, bike racks. And a new build out fitness gym on the top floor. Gender neutral bathrooms.
