I'm a guitarist, percussionist, educator, and producer who built this studio after relocating from Brooklyn in 2018. I founded a boutique label, Guava Records and brought it here to create an environment free from the stress and noise of city life — a true sanctuary for making meaningful music. I work on a range of projects from jazz and acoustic music to electric guitar-based work, and I studied Jazz percussion in New Orleans and I’m currently completing my master’s in music production at Berklee. I'm a full-time remote faculty member at Florida State University.
This space has been home to my own recordings, teaching, and label sessions. It’s designed with care, built for both inspiration and high-level results. I’m looking for someone kind, focused, and experienced — someone who understands how to care for a refined creative space and will treat it with respect. Foot traffic is kept to a minimum out of respect for the landlord who lives on the property. If it’s the right fit, there may be an opportunity to stay on longer beyond the current sublet term.
I am subletting in order to reside full-time in Europe for the next year.
Long-time tenant. Operating with full permission and cooperation of the landlord who resides on the estate property.
