The place is fully furnished with full size bed, cosy two seater couch, desk, large kitchen with bar counter and chairs, ample closet space, dresser, bathroom with vanity and large shower.
Utilities and internet/WiFi included. There is also a large laundry room in the building.

The luxury building complex has a doorman and 24 hour security, a beautiful deck/patio overlooking the river, a supermarket, pizza place, coffee shop and more.

Located in Kips Bay/Murray Hill area along the East River around 25th street, the M34 bus stops right outside the complex and takes you up 34th street and past Penn station, there is a free shuttle to Grand Central Station and it is an easy walk to the 34th street ferry. Subways can also be found along 2nd avenue. Target and Trader Joe's are within walking distance.

I'm a South African finance professional working in the music industry. I've been living and working in Manhattan for almost 3 years - previously living in the UK.
I am the current tenant here but actually started off sub letting another apartment at the same complex and loved it so much here that I managed to sign my own lease during that time!
The views are what sold me as well as the waterfront location - it's a very peaceful space to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of the city! And it's great to walk along the river.
I have to go home for a few months for personal reasons which is why I'll be subletting during that time so I'm hoping to find a responsible person who will enjoy the space and be respectful of my stuff and keep the place clean and tidy. I will also remove a lot of my clothes and personal belongings to make space for yours!
