The apartment has a main living room, separate large bedroom, and kitchen. A 26" LED HDMI monitor can be made available on a desk in the bedroom as well for anyone who needs a remote set up.
There is only one other unit in the building which is below this apartment, so it is semi-private, and very quiet.
Availability May-August 2026:
Starting May 21 through the end of June -- Available weekly up to 2 weeks at a time
July & August through Labor Day 9/7 -- Available weekly or monthly.
Unfortunately not available as a single block (May-August).

Minimum 1 week rental (7-night) at rate of $2,450. Cleaning fee is $250 per stay. Refundable security deposits are required ($500 for weekly stays, $1,000 for monthly).

Small dogs are OK, to be discussed and mutually agreed.
