I'm subletting my spacious, airy bungalow up on the hill in Elysian Heights (just up the street from Valerie). It’s big and peaceful and filled with mid-century charm. There's A/C in the bedroom, a nice patio, a small office (unpictured).

Looking for somebody responsible who will take good care of the place :)
