Hello! I’m subletting my beautiful home, which I love very deeply, for the month of June. I can be flexible with the dates.
It’s a 2-bedroom apartment, but I’ll be locking the second bedroom, which I use as my home office, during that time. The rest of the apartment will be fully yours.
I’m a designer, so I really care about the pieces in my home, and I hope you’ll love the space I’ve created on this little hillside. I’m walking distance from the Silver Lake Reservoir, grocery stores, clubs, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment also comes with a parking space, garage, and in-unit washer and dryer.
About This Lister
I’m a designer in LA, and I really love my home and unwinding there. There are lots of great walks nearby, plus a farmers market every Sunday just over the bridge in Atwater. I’m also a painter, so you’ll see some of what I’ve been working on in the living room. Hope to connect soon!

I’m looking for someone responsible and clean. No smoking inside the apartment, but there’s a shared backyard where smoking is allowed. I also require a cleaning fee at the end of the sublet for my amazing cleaning lady — you can Zelle her directly. She charges $150
