There's wifi and air conditioning on both floors.

The apartment is in a convenient, pretty, friendly neighborhood -- grocery store on the corner, cafes and lots of great restaurants within a couple of blocks. A laundromat and cleaners is a half a block away on Stuyvesant Ave.

There are 6 stoop steps to front door of house and the apartment is located up one flight of stairs.

I want to sublet the apartment from March to June or longer, but I'm open to shorter or longer term sublets too.

Utilities and wifi are included in the rent.
