Subletting my furnished house from mid-July to October 1st, with the possibility of extending it to November 1st. It's a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom row home near Frankford Ave. in East Kensignton. There is a nice size backyard with a deck.

One of the bedrooms can be used for an art studio if you'd like. I've been using one of them for my own studio. I'll empty most of that room out and will be taking those supplies with me. So it'll be clear for a work space. There are also many art studio buildings in the area if you want to try to get an external space.

About the location-it's within a few minutes walk from Philly Brewing, a deli, and many other restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It's a 10-minute walk to the El train and parking is on the street. Grocery store and laundromat and things are also in walking distance if you don't drive.

Pets- dogs are ok
