I am subletting my room from Dec 16-Jan 16 (can possibly do Dec 15 if needed)

The room is super sunny, spacious, has two step in closets, a private bathroom and balcony. It’s a 4th floor walk up, the apartment is south facing so gets tons of light and there is another balcony in the living room. You will be sharing the space with an artist in his late 20s who is super chill and clean.

Rent is 1300 + utilities

Laundry in the building/Central Air/No Pets and close to all the best chinese food in the area. Bay Ridge is a 20 minute walk, so great food options there as well.
