-Fully stocked kitchen with appliances (microwave, air fryer, soda stream)
-Large dining table that can seat 6 but can also be folded away
-Queen bed
-Large bedroom closet
-Large bathroom with tub for baths and rain shower
-Peloton you can use and an in-building gym (treadmill, free weights, barbell)
-Outdoor balcony with patio furniture and heat lamp, building rooftop
-Two vinyl record players and plenty of vinyls to dj
Price: $3500 a month (prorated by night for partial months) plus utilities and internet (generally $250 a month but will charge prorated based on usage). $500 security deposit which will be returned at end of stay as long as there is no damage to furniture or appliances.
