My apartment is located at the border of Windsor Terrace and Kensington. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood, bordered by Prospect Park, historic Greenwood Cemetery and Park Slope. Many restaurants and takeout places are nearby, including Hamilton’s (great local restaurant/bar) and Brancaccio’s (one of the best sandwich shops in NY). Easy shopping with many options including Foodtown and Metfresh supermarkets and local specialty shops.

I am a sculptor and printmaker and have lived here for nine years. My landlord lives upstairs and is very responsive. I am subletting my apartment because I will be away at an artist residency in France from April 1 to June 30.
