Room for a female (or queer male) subletter in a large 2-BR in Bushwick (5 minutes to Dekalb L, Myrtle-Wyckoff L, and Knickerbocker M). I go to Europe most summers and have had great experiences with subletters from LP!

- 1 30-something female roommate (other side of apt) and her cat, Tina
- Smart TV and fast WiFi
- Kitchen with gas range, microwave, airfryer, coffee grinder, pots and pans, etc.
- Large dining/work table in shared room
- The unit you'd be staying in is one floor up

About the building:

- 6 units, friendly neighbors
- relatively new and well-maintained
- walking distance to Variety coffee (plus like 10 other coffee shops), all the Bushwick bars, Maria Hernandez Park, House of Yes, etc.
- two laundromats around the corner that do drop-off or self-wash
- 5 min walk to subway (L/M)—can be in Williamsburg in 15 minutes/Manhattan in 20
