My furnished 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment is available for rent June 1 – August 31. Preference will be given to those interested in renting for two months or longer (minimum stay is one month). The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. No pets, please.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family townhouse on a particularly lovely street in Carroll Gardens, a neighborhood known for its many restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutiques.

The apartment features air conditioning via a mini-split system. The open living room includes a smart TV for streaming and a sofa that converts into either a single bed or a king-size bed. The dining table seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a hot-air popcorn maker and a juicer.

The large bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk, and a very large closet. There is also an in-apartment laundry room with a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a heated bidet toilet seat and bathtub, and a small private patio with a bistro table and two chairs—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment is located just blocks from Carroll Park, the Sunday farmers market, and the F/G trains at Carroll Street, offering quick and easy access to the rest of New York City.

The apartment will be delivered sparkling clean and thoroughly disinfected.
