My 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom furnished apartment is available for rent June 1 - August 31. Preference given to those wanting it for the 2 months or more (I am not interested in renting it for shorter than 1 month). It is an ideal apartment for a solo person or couple. No pets please.

It is located on the ground floor of a two family building on a very special street in Carroll Gardens, a neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars and boutiques.

The apartment consists of a newly installed AC mini-split system. The open living room is equipped with a smart tv for streaming, an optional Imac computer and a sofa that converts into a single or king sized bed. The dining table can seat 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a hot air popcorn maker and a juicer. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk and a huge closet. There is a laundry room in the apartment with a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a heated bidet toilet seat and tub and a small private patio with a bistro table and 2 chairs for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Located just blocks from Carroll Park, the farmers market on Sundays, and the F/G at Carroll Street station with quick and easy access to all of New York City.

The apartment will be delivered sparkling clean and thoroughly disinfected.
