We are looking for people who would want to sublet in a quiet street in NYC urban neighborhood, Astoria for summer.

We are moving into the property in September, so it's not fully furnished yet, but we'll place a full-size bed in the bedroom, and a dining table and sofa/futon in the living room. Other items can be requested. **Included images are for reference only. Actual furniture will be new and different from the images.

The apartment has quiet mini split AC system in the bedroom and living room. Separate kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Private balcony.

The building has an elevator, laundry room and fitness center (w/ ping pong table too).

Located in the heart of Astoria, one of NYC’s most vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods, the apartment is located steps from incredible restaurants, cafés, and local markets — perfect for summer living.

A quick 10 min walk to N/W Broadway station, and 20 min walk to R/M Steinway station, both of which are 15 minute-subway rides to Manhattan.
