Our fully-furnished home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath accessible duplex apartment with two patios and two living room spaces - one living room/kitchen upstairs with largest queen bedroom, one big den downstairs with other two bedrooms. Fully furnished with all the comforts of a well-loved home, just bring clothes!

Situated on the border of Bedford Stuyvesant/ Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn, near Pratt Institute (quiet neighborhood), our neighborhood is accessible to trains (G at Classon), plus near many CitiBikes, great for summer sublets for internships, summer jobs, etc.

Many popular restaurants are in the vicinity in Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy, easy access to all of NYC via subway or buses, plus walking, biking to Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Pratt sculpture garden, Navy Yard.

First floor of the duplex is street level (wheelchair accessible), has kitchen/ living room plus primary bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms (one queen bed, one full), plus family room and 2nd bathroom with shower. Family room/ den has a smart TV, plus musical instruments (piano, silent electronic drum kit); the college student family member staying there is a musician/ guitarist, so musicians welcome. Private patios are on both floors.
