Enjoy my charming 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor of an 8 unit building. It is fully furnished and I have a bike that can be borrowed. There is laundry in the building about 15 feet away from the front door. This apartment is 10 blocks to the ocean and two blocks to Montana , where there are coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. I also have a mini dishwasher.

I'm looking for someone who is quiet and can treat my space with the same love and care that I give it! I am a working professional who will be on the east coast for a few months for work. I will be out of town starting 4/24, so could start as early as then and then I am flexible about my return in July.
