A $500 refundable security deposit and 50% of the total stay are due at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due one day prior to check-in.
A $200 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the stay.
The entire month is preferable but open to negotiating a shorter stay (min 2 weeks)
