Quiet and sunny studio on a charming, tree lined street in the East Village. My south-facing studio apartment faces the courtyard and has a fully stocked kitchen, streaming platforms on the TV, fast wi-fi, and electric/water/gas are all included in your stay. The building is clean and quiet (so this is not a place for parties but rather someone looking for an oasis away from the craziness of the city) and has laundry in the basement which is super convenient! I have black out curtains for cozy sleeps too.

It's located about an 8 minute walk to the L, F, M, and J trains. Everything you need is a short walk away, very convenient area while still being tucked away from any noise.

My dates are somewhat flexible - I can leave as early as February 28th and could go until mid-April, but mainly will be gone one month from the day I leave, so feel free to ask questions!
