NEIGHBORHOOD:

The loft is on Roebling and South 1st, technically "South Williamsburg" - which is much more low-key part of Williamsburg, but only a few blocks from the buzz of Bedford Avenue.

The area is really vibrant and culturally diverse with a unique mix of old and new, scenic side streets filled with small boutiques and shops, insane restaurants on every corner, galleries, independent bookshops and grocers, vintage stores, live music venues, bowling. Literally anything you need is at most a 10 minute walk away.

* 5 mins to Whole Foods and Trader Joes
* 5 mins to the Williamsburg bridge
* 5 mins to NiteHawk Cinema
* amazing Japanese coffee shop across street
* 5 mins to McCarren Park
* 4 blocks from Domino Park at the pier
* Citibikes every other corner
* East River Pilates studio and Equinox around the corner

TRANSPORTATION:

* 5 min walk to Bedford Ave L station (takes 15 min. to get from our loft to the 1st Ave station in the City)

* This is a small, 5-story condo building with really lovely tenants so we're looking for someone who's going to be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down at night, not throw parties, etc.
