Our space is a 1.5 room apartment with big east facing windows in every room that provide a lot of sunlight. We have one queen sized mattress and a spare room that is used mainly for our wardrobe. We both work from home and there is a desk as well as a large kitchen table that can be used for this reason. The kitchen is fully stocked and you may use it as your own. We have some plants which we will ask you to water once or twice during your stay. We are on the 6 floor of a walk up, and you will have stairwell access to the roof which has a great panoramic view of Midtown and the Financial District.

Our space is located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, just 3 blocks away from the Grand BD trains, 5 blocks away from the Delancey FMJ trains and around the corner from the M15 and M9 buses.

The neighborhood is very walkable, conveniently located in the heart of the LES, bordering SoHo, Chinatown, The East Village, and the Williamsburg Bridge.

There are plenty of renowned galleries, restaurants, boutique shops, theatres, workout studios, bookshops, and bars nearby. There are many options for grocery stores- Trader Joe’s, Essex Market, Target, etc.

We have a lockbox and an extra set of keys for your stay. We will also provide a house manual, and can of course share recommendations too.

There is no smoking or partying allowed.
