This bright, south-facing one bedroom at 100th & Amsterdam feels like a peaceful pocket above the city, filled with natural light during the day and quiet, cozy energy at night. You’re steps from Central Park and Riverside Park, with every daily convenience within a few minutes’ walk.
I’m offering two options depending on what you’re looking for:
Option 1: Furnished Sublet
Available March 3 – July 14
$150 per day
Perfect if you’re in NYC short-term, between moves, or want something turnkey.
The sublet includes: Full size Bed, Sofa, Basic kitchen materials (cookware, dishes, air fryer), In-unit washer/dryer, All stainless steel appliances, Central air & heat, High-speed internet ready
You can move in and settle immediately — just bring your suitcase!
Option 2: Full Lease Takeover
March 3 (flexible) – July 14
$4,089/month
Utilities average ~$100-$125/month (heat, A/C, electricity, water)
In this case, the apartment would be delivered unfurnished and professionally cleaned — exactly as it would be if you were moving directly into the building yourself. You would apply through management and assume the lease through July 14, with the option to renew.

I've been living in NYC for about 2 years now! This apartment was my home while I was a grad student in Columbia and working from home as a website designer. I've loved it so much, it's truly a gem. I'm moving to Williamsburg since that's where my job is now. I'm sad to be leaving but I'm sure the right person will find this lovely home
- Standard NYC qualifying factors (income is 40x rent (proof of income, bank statements); if not, you have a guarantor or some other way of showing sufficient funds to pay rent)
- I was a student when applying and did not make 40X rent, but got approved by showing bank statements
