I am subletting my fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom West Hollywood apartment while I am away. I am flexible about the dates. The apartment will be available until Dec 7th.

The fully furnished apartment will feel fresh and neutral, and without any personal items. It will be equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. The apartment itself is on the third floor of small apartment building (this means there are two flights of stairs). There is a washer-dryer in the basement. The apartment has a dedicated parking spot. The neighborhood is very secure - many neighbors leave their doors open. Packages are delivered right to the front door.

I love this apartment for its natural light and prime location, near the intersection of Romaine Street and Sierra Bonita Ave.

The large, unobstructed south- and west-facing windows in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom fill the apartment with light throughout the day, and the street below is quiet but still active enough to feel a part of a neighborhood.

The apartment is four blocks (7-10 minutes walking) from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. It is one block off Santa Monica. If you're hoping to experience the night life of West Hollywood, you can catch the free trolley that runs to the bars. OR if you need to commute downtown, you can catch the free commuter line to Hollywood & Highland Station. Want to hit the beach? Take the public bus on Santa Monica directly down to the Santa Monica pier!
