Fifth floor apartment right around the corner from Bowery Ballroom and the 2nd Avenue F stop. The bedroom has space for a queen bed, desk, and dresser. The living room has space for a couch, table, storage, bookshelf, and TV. There is also a large double closet with storage space above the closet. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave.

There is access to a private rooftop through the apartment. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, bars, venues, etc. but the apartment faces the back and is very quiet.

You would be subletting on our current lease through the end of July and we could put you in touch with the landlord to apply to take over our lease from August 1st if desired.
