My husband and I are going home over the holidays and are looking to sublet our lovely top floor apartment.
Open plan kitchen, west-facing with views of the empire state building and Manhattan. Kitchen complete w dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of storage and plant babies that we kindly ask you keep alive.
70 inch TV w Netflix, HBO, etc.
The building has a gym, elevator, rooftop, basketball court, and shared workspaces. We also have a desk with office chair in the bedroom in case you're working from home.
The Bedford Ave L train is 5 min walk away and the North Williamsburg ferry stop is 2 mins away.

My husband is Aussie, I'm a kiwi, we're both in our 30s and love living in Williamsburg.
We're going home to Aus/NZ to see family and are looking for a responsible couple or individual to look after our home and our plants.
