I am subletting my sunny one bedroom apartment in the East Village while I'm away, it's a 3rd floor walkup cozy and sunny apartment between East 2nd and 3rd street. Really close to everything by walking distance and 4 minutes away from the F train. Perfect for summer in the city.

There is available wardrobe space. The small bathroom doesn't have a sink at the moment so the kitchen sink is multi-use. Wifi and utilities fee are included as well.

It's a lovely flat at a great location, with tons of natural light and working space, and full of books that you can read while here. I keep my apartment clean and tidy, and would love to find someone who can do the same for this time.

The neighborhood is very lively and full of restaurants and delis, it's a 20 minute walk to Washington Square Park and a 5 minute walk to Tompkins Square Park. Family friendly and walkable but also very student-centric because of its proximity to NYU.
