Hi! I’m renting out my 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Brickell starting in late May. It’s in a small boutique building on a quiet residential street, but still super close to everything (walkable to the City Center, Rickenbacker, Publix, etc.).
The apartment is about 850 sq ft and comes unfurnished. It has a really nice layout with a big kitchen + breakfast bar, a flexible dining/work area (I used it as a home office), and a living room that opens up to a large balcony with amazing sunset views.
Both bedrooms are a good size, and the primary has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The unit has also been recently updated - new bathroom finishes, new lighting + ceiling fans, freshly painted, plus a brand new A/C and hot water heater.
A few highlights:
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- 2 parking spots (1 covered garage, 1 outside - easy to rent out to other tenants in the building)
- Extra storage unit on the same floor
- Quiet, well-kept building
Building has:
- Pool
- Gym
- Lounge/common space
Location is probably the best part. In Brickell, but on a quiet street and away from the chaos. You’re a short walk to Publix, the Underline, and lots of restaurants/cafes. Easy access to the MetroMover/Metrorail and I-95 if you commute.
Lease details:
- 12-month lease preferred (starting mid-May)
- First month + 1-month refundable security deposit
- Tenant pays utilities (water, electric, internet)
- Background check + HOA application required (HOA also has a $500 common area refundable deposit )
Showings start May 15 (can try to accommodate earlier depending on current tenants).
I’m a young professional currently based in New York (moved up here for work), but I own and manage this apartment directly. I lived here before the move and really love the space, so I still stay pretty hands-on with everything. I'm also Venezuelan-American y hablo español.
My uncle, who’s local in Miami and a licensed contractor, helps me out on the ground. He is available if anything ever needs fixing. I’ve put a lot of care into updating and maintaining the apartment because I do hope to return to it one day. In the meantime, I’m looking for someone who will enjoy it and treat it like home.
Also worth saying - I’m very responsive. I’ve dealt with unresponsive landlords before and know how frustrating that can be, so I make it a point to be easy to reach and quick to help whenever something comes up. Feel free to call or text anytime
