Hi! I have a short-term sublet available from May 4th – May 15th. The dates are fixed, with flexibility for a one-week stay within this period.

The apartment is a 2-bedroom railroad layout, with two connected bedrooms that can work well for one person, a couple or two close friends.

The building is located in prime Ridgewood, just 5 blocks from the L train (DeKalb Ave) and a similar distance to the M train (Seneca). It’s also close to Grover Cleveland Playground, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. A laundromat is just one block away.

The apartment is very comfortable, and both the building and street are quiet and pleasant—great for a calm, well-located short-term stay.

Rent: $1,350 for the full stay (May 4–15), or $850 for a one-week stay within those dates + $300 refundable security deposit.
