Welcome to my colorful Caribbean sanctuary. Nestled on the third floor of a prewar on a tree-lined block, my home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, separate living room and kitchen. 2nd bedroom is currently set up like an office, but it can be easily converted to a bedroom if you prefer.

You will be 2 blocks from the Brooklyn museum, botanical gardens, library, and prospect park. Plus lots of cafe, bars, restaurants. The cafe on the corner is owned by a friend who will be happy to welcome you to the neighborhood. Trains are 2/3 at grand army, 2/3/4/5/S at Franklin, and C at Clinton Washington.

A heads up! I’m allergic to cleaning products, synthetic fragrances, pesticides, detergents, and pets so the space is sensitive-friendly and I request that you are someone who would also keep it that way.
