I rent the apartment on a weekly basis and currently it is available for the whole month of November (2025).

Apartment Overview:
Full of natural light, streaming in from both the east-facing and west-facing windows, the apartment features two rooms: a cozy bedroom and a versatile living room. The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a work desk, doubles as a potential second bedroom. It can also be easily turned into a dining room.

One of the highlights of this home is the balcony, offering a spectacular view of the neighborhood and the nearby church—an ideal spot to unwind and contemplate. Additionally, a small patio by the entrance door provides a charming second outdoor space. The building is equipped with an elevator, please note however that a short flight of stairs leads to it, making it less suitable for those with mobility issues.

The apartment exudes a calming aura, enhanced by the presence of numerous plants and cozy furnishings. There's ample space for activities such as yoga or other forms of exercise.

Location:
This apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide parks. You'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, and other attractions, ensuring that everything you need is within a walking distance. Excellent public transport options are also nearby, with the U8 Boddinstraße station and M43 bus stop just a short stroll away.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities include:
- WiFi
- a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine
- fully equipped kitchen with a stove oven, fridge, and a complete set of cooking utensils
- a foldable kitchen table can easily be extended to accommodate up to six people for dining (the wheels make it possible to roll it into the living room to create a better dining experience)
- additional amenities include a coffee maker, water kettle, blender, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and iron

Additional information:
Please note that the building is a peaceful, close-knit community, so parties or loud gatherings are not permitted to maintain the harmony of the environment.

There is no A/C but a fan can be provided. However, the apartment remains quite cool during the summer and I personally never had the need to use A/C in there.
