This is a warm, well-loved family home with soul — perfect for a visiting family (or even two).

We’re just a 5-minute walk to McGolrick and McCarren Parks, and close to both Graham Ave (L train) and Greenpoint Ave (G train).
Restaurants, cafés, groceries, and farmers' markets are right around the corner.

Rental Terms

1-week minimum stay

$1,000 security deposit

$200 weekly cleaning fee

Short rental agreement to sign

Zoom or in-person meeting required before booking

Pets considered on a case-by-case basis
