This warm, modern 2-bedroom apartment is in a newly built apartment building located in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods Brooklyn has to offer. This is an apartment with high ceilings, a lot of natural light and in a great location only 12min train ride from downtown Manhattan and most of Brooklyn's coolest attractions are just a few minutes away from the house.

The apartment is on the 4th floor. It is very spacious with high ceilings, large windows, and a workspace complete with a 24-inch monitor.

The kitchen is perfect for breakfast, storing snacks and drinks and preparing meals if you don't feel like eating out.

The bathroom is immaculate free of mildew and routinely sanitized.
