My lovely apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a gated and secure building in Los Feliz. The second bedroom is used as an office, but there is room for a queen bed/mattress if needed and there is a floor futon mattress stored in the closet for guests. The apartment walking distance from Griffith, and tons of restaurants, shops and bars. It is the top floor of a two-story building, up 1.5 flights of stairs, with quiet neighbors on a quiet street and is completely renovated with a dishwasher and modern appliances. The bathroom has a Canopy shower filter with a handheld attachment.

We have two corner windows, one in the dining nook and one in the office/second bedroom. A/C units are window installed and brand new so they're very strong. Laundry is in the building and is app-run. There is a parking spot for you to use in our gated lot as well.

This space is sacred to me and I am close friends with my neighbors so a quiet and clean guest is ideal!
