It is very quiet, located in the rear of a 20’ wide brownstone in North Park Slope bordering Prospect Heights. The apartment is fully furnished and is complete with all the kitchen supplies you might need and bed/bath linens.

Enjoy minimal. modern furnishings, including a Queen-size platform bed, a Knoll dining table, a mid-century sofa, and vintage Eames chairs. There are quite a lot of books for you to enjoy as well. There is ample storage space in the closet, credenza, and kitchen. 


If you work from home, you’ll find the perfect set-up with a six-foot-long desk complete with a 21” external monitor (which can also double as a TV). There is also a black and white laser printer for your use.

All utilities are included (gas, electric, water, heat) as well as High-Speed WiFi Internet. There is a window unit A/C as well as an air purifier.

The apartment is a walk-up on the third floor. It's perfect for one person, but two can fit!

This apartment is in a prime location with the 7th Ave. B/Q trains less than 200 ft. away. The 2/3 trains are a five-minute walk, and Prospect Park is a 10-minute walk.

This space has been my sanctuary for almost 13 years, and I hope you will love it and enjoy it as much as I do. It’s available from December 1, 2025 until August 31, 2026. I’m flexible on the start date, but not the end date.

Hi, I'm Laurice, and I've owned this amazing space for almost 13 years—it is truly my sanctuary and I'm looking for someone to love, respect, and enjoy it while I'm working out of the country for nine months.

This brownstone is a self-managed co-op with only six units, so we are a small community of owners who manage and take care of the building. I know whoever lives here will enjoy being a part of our small, friendly group during their stay.

Applicant must be financially qualified.
Dogs and cats are allowed, but must be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Applicant must fill out an application requiring personal and professional references. Applicant must also have a brief co-op board interview and sign a short-term lease.

Security Deposit is required.
