I'm subletting my bedroom in a 4/bed 2/bath apartment in Crown Heights for two months in the summer while I travel to Berlin for graduate research. I'm looking for someone who will treat my space with respect. I've lived with these roommates for two years. Our house dynamic is very friendly—none of us were friends when we moved in together, but we have become close through living together. An ideal roomie would be someone who communicates well, can clean up after themselves in the kitchen, and has a job or personality that would take them out of the house regularly.

I will cover utilities including wifi up to $200 a month (it is normally around $50 per month with normal usage, but goes up with intense AC usage etc). We also have a cleaning lady who comes and cleans the common spaces every three weeks, which I will also cover.
