Spacious, sunny apartment with exposed brick, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. It's on the second floor of a two-story building (no upstairs neighbors!) and next door to a laundromat and upstairs from a bar (which luckily never gets loud, as it's more of a "date" jazz spot than a "party" spot). Close to the Brooklyn Museum, botanical gardens, Grand Army Plaza, Prospect Park, and tons of bars, restaurants, etc in surrounding Prospect Heights + Crown Heights. The apartment is closest to the 2/3/4/5 trains but also a reasonable walk to the B/Q. Central air + lots of light. Utilities generally work out to about $50-80 per month depending on time of year. Apartment has 1 bathroom 4 bedrooms-one bedroom converted to a study/work from home/ TV space.
I've been living here for 4 years and my other roommate Kenney for 3 yrs. One of our roommates is moving on and we are looking for someone to fill the larger back bedroom.

My name is Morgan (she/hers). I am a cis het white woman, social worker first responder, RPCV, and avid biker. I have been living in the apartment the last 4 years, and living in the nyc 7 years. I appreciate respectful roomies and clean common areas, but not a neat freak, just normal expectation of everyone taking care of their stuff since we are all adults and may continue to enjoy a peaceful pest-free living space. Kenney, the other roommate is a ceramicist, badass cook, and clothing/shoe store manager. We look forward to building a cozy home with the right match!
