The Space

A bright, cozy 2-bedroom on the first floor of a beautiful historic building in Capitol Hill's Quality Hill Historic District. Tons of south-facing windows in the kitchen, living room, and office looking out to a shared side yard with outdoor seating - great natural light all day with lots of lamps for nighttime.

Living room - comfortable couch and projector setup
Kitchen - full gas stove/oven, dishwasher, double-basin sink with disposal, dining table
Bathroom - clawfoot tub with shower
Bedroom - full bed, dresser + closet for use
Second room - currently an office with a large desk and small futon daybed; works perfectly as a guest room or possible second bedroom. (Note: the closet in this room will remain used for storage.)
Window AC unit available for summer. Overhead fan in the living room. Coin-op washer/dryer in the basement ($1.25/cycle - two sets). Good wifi.

The Building & Neighborhood

Historic building with genuinely great friendly neighbors everyone's, in warm months can be seen tending to the front and side yard gardens. On-site building manager is very friendly, attentive and easy to work with if needed.

The location is just far enough from bustle of Colfax or Broadway, tucked away tree lined streets with lots of beautiful historic architecture around, quiet enough to actually focus, but walkable to everything. Trader Joe's, King Soopers, and Whole Foods are all within a 10-minute walk. Cheesman Park is 15 minutes on foot. Variety of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and bookshops are all close. Free street parking. Multiple bus lines nearby if you need them.

My partner and I live between Denver and NYC. We will both be in NYC all summer so subletting the Denver apartment. We are an archaeologist and a film editor.
