Hello! I'm subletting my 1 bedroom in Greenpoint from 11/1/24 - 3/1/24 while I'm away in LA. Priority/preference goes to those who can stay for the whole duration or at least until 2/15/24. This prewar unit is beautifully maintained on a quiet street (ideal for WFH too). Monthly rent includes all utilities (wifi, gas, electric).

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
- Fully furnished
- It's on a 3rd floor walkup. Since it's railroad-style, it also has two doors to enter & exit the space.
- There’s windows facing both east and west, so there’s natural sunlight all day.
- All appliances are updated, and the unit is well-heated during the colder months. Appliances include gas stove, AC units, fridge, microwave, and oven.
- In the living room, I have a dedicated desk for working and an extendable table for eating. In the bedroom, there's a queen-sized bed.
- There’s 3 closets, and they’ll be cleared out for you to use.

General rules:
- No smoking (cigarettes/weed/vape)
- No parties

LOCATION
- It's about a 6 minute walk to the G train, 7 minute walk to McCarren Park, 11 minute walk to Williamsburg, and 15 minute walk to the waterfront.
- The laundromat is a 4 minute walk away, but you can also do pick up/drop off laundry from my apartment.
- There's also dozens of my favorite cafes / restaurants / local businesses within walking distance of my apartment too. I'm happy to give recs!
