About This Lister
I am an artist/art director/professor who is gay and goes by he/him pronouns. Happy to share my links with you if it is helpful. I currently live on site but will be out of town for a work project during this time so looking to have someone watch my place while I am out. My partner lives in the area and can be a person of contact if you need help with anything.

I will ask for you to send a deposit to book the space that is half of the total so $1,500 to reserve the space. I can accept- zelle, venmo or paypal. Then $1000 on second day of stay and final $500 on final day. Pretty flexible and straight forward. I will ask for a reference and a personal website (or LinkedIn) just to confirm you are who you say you are. Then maybe a facetime or zoom call just to confirm everything. Happy to take payment all up front too.
Mainly just looking for someone to watch my place while I am out on a work trip. I am renting this for less than I pay in rent as a heads up as I want to get this worked out sooner than later.
Other than that happy to hop on a zoom to answer questions or show the place if you are in the area before. Will have you water plants and get mail. Please don't reach out unless serious.
