The apartment is a cozy and vibrant haven at the intersection of some of New York's best neighborhoods: West Village, Meatpacking, and Chelsea. I've lived here for 5 years and it's truly an unbeatable location.

The apartment features a lofted sleeping space, non-working fireplace, two large windows, a quiet AC unit, fast Wi-Fi, 14 foot ceilings, original wood floors, bath tub, and a small but functional kitchen. There is laundry in building, as well as many wash and fold services a few doors down. The best bakeries and restaurants the West Village has to offer are also down the block (I'm more than happy to give you a list of recs!) The unit is one flight up and there is also a park directly across from the apartment.

The space is ideal for a solo traveler, but for reference the bed is a full sized mattress and could sleep two people (My partner and I comfortably sleep there when he visits). It's actually quite comfy in the loft and there is space to sit up :-) The living room has a super cozy custom sofa, large dining table (I use it as a work desk), and a big roku TV. Some of my art is also in the space.

I am a working art/design professional in the city and this apartment serves me very well. It's right by the Whitney Museum and many of Chelsea's best art galleries. Some of downtown's best nightlife is a short stroll away. On the train it takes 15 minutes to get to Williamsburg and 5 minutes to get to Penn Station.
