Light-filled, oversized 1 bedroom for sublet with backyard and washer dryer downstairs!

This is a recently renovated, beautiful one bed with full living room and outdoor space with hardwood floors, a large bedroom with a desk and a queen bed, and another working space in the living room. It's cozy and bright with lots of big windows and accessible to many great neighborhood spots being on the Williamsburg + Greenpoint border, but quiet and tucked away on a tree lined street (while being a 2 min walk from Graham Ave, ~10 minute walk from the Graham L). Some of our favorite neighborhood spots include Larry's Cafe, Ammazza Deli, Emily's Pork Store, As You Like, Plus de Vin, and Daytime. Small and quiet building with just a few units and secure with a camera outdoors and an intercom for the unit with sweet neighbors and a young vibe, but this is NOT a party building or unit.

The space is fully furnished with charm and plant filled (looking for someone who can keep our plants alive :)).

We really cherish our space so looking for a responsible individual (individual renters preferred but will consider couples) who will love the space and treat it as their own while we are traveling for a couple months (February and March). No pets, sorry! The building does not allow them.
