I’m subletting my bright, fully furnished room in a spacious, artist-filled apartment in Prospect Heights from June 1 through October 1. There’s some flexibility on dates, and potential to stay longer for the right fit (4-month minimum).

The room gets beautiful natural light and overlooks a quiet, tree-lined block. It’s comfortably set up with a full bed, desk, and storage—calm, cozy, and ideal as a peaceful home base.

The apartment is large and airy, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus generous shared spaces including a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Lots of space and privacy, and a large library of books you’re welcome to browse and enjoy.

The kitchen is very well equipped, and we have a three-stage water filtration system at the sink. The building also has an elevator.

The location is a standout:

-Short walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden (across the street!).

-Easy access to multiple subway lines (4/5,2/3,Q/B).

-Surrounded by great cafes, groceries, and neighborhood spots.

You’d be living with three friendly, considerate roommates in their 30s–40s who are all working artists. The apartment is generally quiet and low-key, as everyone is often out working, traveling, or performing.

$1,370/month (utilities included)
