Subletting my gorgeous, sunny, 1 bedroom duplex in north Park Slope March 16th-April 17th (Possibility to extend) -- **Stays of ONE WEEK or more only.**
APARTMENT HAS:
-fully furnished space
-all utilities included (electric, gas, wifi, AC/heat)
-12 foot ceilings / exposed brick
-floor to ceiling windows / skylights
-second floor office / meditation area
-private outdoor patio (with 60" projection screen and space heater for movie nights)
5th AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS:
-local businesses, restaurants, pubs, yoga studios, coffee shops, etc
-3 avenues from Grand Army Plaza / Prospect Park
LOOKING FOR:
-A clean, quiet, responsible person or couple who is hopefully willing (and capable) to take care of my plants **Please indicate in your response if you have a green thumb as this will up your chances!**
THINGS TO NOTE:
-*ALLERGIES* --> a cat usually lives in the home
-4th floor walk up
-No laundry (Laundromat with fluff-&-fold service 1 block away)
-No television (I usually just use my laptop, sorry)
I'm a writer and speaker who has been in NYC for the past eight years and am hoping to save for an artists' retreat this summer. I'm looking for someone to take care of my home with reverence while I am away.
I take pride in keeping a clean, peaceful, and quiet home and trust my subletter will do the same. We are a small building (only 5 units) and the landlord is close with all of us. So it is important to be respectful and treat the apartment and building as a home, not as a hotel or vacation rental.
1) Signed agreement with tenant (Landlord is aware)

2) No Smoking indoors
3) No Shoes indoors
*Agreement indicates commitment to reimburse, repair, or replace any property that is broken/damaged during stay (Home is furnished and also includes other stored personal belongings)
