The apartment faces a quiet side street off Folsom, between 7th and 8th. There is a shared, furnished rooftop with amazing views, and a furnished patio with a private storage locker. Utilities (gas, electric, water/trash, internet) average around $180 per month per person.
BART/Muni are a 10-min walk at Civic Center. Rainbow Grocery and Whole Foods are a 10-min walk. Sightglass Coffee is across the street.
The room is 11x11', plus a sizable walk-in closet with built-in racks and shelving, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows (double pane) with direct sunlight in the afternoon (room faces southwest). The room easily fits a king bed, dresser, shelves and desk. It can come empty, or with a comfortable queen bed (hybrid mattress and linen sheets), a desk and a desk chair. Pictures show the room with a king bed.
Existing roommate is a late 30s gay male, WFH, sociable and friendly.
You'll be living with 1 roommate, a gay male in his 30s. He works from home Monday to Friday. I love living here and I'm only moving out because I am relocating back to NY. The cats in the pictures will be moving out with me.
