I'm subletting my bright furnished 1 bedroom in Greenpoint with flexible dates. It will be available December 7th and is available until mid-July (or for at least 3 months). I'm also open to a January start if you plan to lease long term. I recently moved to LA and am renting it until the end of the lease in July :)

The apartment is very cute and good sized, on the top floor of a 3 floor walk up (a few flights of stairs are worth it for bright sunshine). High ceilings and big windows (with pulldown shades if bright isn't your thing), french doors that separate the bedroom. I've cleaned out a closet and dresser. You'll have access to all my kitchen things, AC, dyson air purifier, books, linens, etc etc. Happy to chat through moving anything to storage if you need to make space for something.

Located on the same block as the G train makes it very convenient to get around. Right above an organic grocery and flower market, with laundry/dry cleaning on the block. Nestled off of Franklin Ave in the thick of all the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, vintage shopping, yoga/pilates, etc. Two blocks from the waterfront + Transmitter park. The neighborhood is very cute and convenient.

Rent is $3100 (that includes utilities). Sadly no animals allowed. The building is full of late 30's professionals so no party monsters either.
