I'm looking to sublet my quiet, sunny, fully furnished apartment this June/July. It's a really wonderful spot with lots of plants & natural light, hardwood floors, a dishwasher, central air, in-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, ample closet space, free parking nearby, and lovely neighbors.
This is the second floor of a three-story building, close to a number of bus routes and a ton of nearby coffee shops and restaurants, Fabric Row, parks/green spaces, etc.
If you're looking for a lil change of scenery this summer or want a peaceful place to crash in Philly, this might be perfect for you. I have plenty of books & space to write/hang/lounge. I'm hoping to find someone who will be respectful toward the space & the objects within it/people around it (and who would be willing to water my plants once a week or so).
I've listed a weekly rate, which would include all utilities and WiFi. I'm happy to reduce the rate for longer stays; just let me know what dates you have in mind.
I'm a writer/editor taking a chunk of time off work this summer to rest, recover, and travel a bit. I adore this space and would love for you to enjoy it, too, while I'm away.
I'll ask for a quick video chat to meet and make sure we're aligned on expectations and to take you through the space in more detail, then we can get something in writing.
