154 North 9th Street was built in 1910 and has 3 stories and 5 units. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The building was fully renovated before my move-in (October 2022).

North 9th street is located in the heart of Williamsburg, right off Bedford Avenue and less than 3 mins from the Bedford Avenue L train station.

I have loved living here for the past 3 years and am moving for personal reasons.

Beautiful natural light in both rooms and greenery in front of all windows make it feel very homey.

The apartment has AC, heating, intercom, washer/dryer in-unit, and overall great finishes. The kitchen features a microwave, electric stove and dishwasher.

You have a lovely corner store & flower shop, restaurants/bars like Colette and Hotel Delmano within 1-3 mins walking distance. Whole Foods is located just up Bedford Avenue, an 8 min walk away.

I am planning to take some of the furniture with me. If a semi furnished apartment works better for you, let me know and we can find an arrangement.
